It can be so easy to get in a rut and loose focus on your health. An easy way to get motivation right at your fingertips is to follow health and wellness bloggers and influencers! We aren’t saying every page out there about healthy eating and working out will give you the motivation you want, but there’s bound to be some that will.

What we love about Ebonny is that her workout videos use minimal equipment and are for everyone. Each post includes a modified version so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can still get active. Ebonny doesn’t have a facebook page, but you can follow her on instagram
We love Tally for her same inclusive style. Each workout is for any age or body type. Sh is a big advocate for the benefits exercise and a healthy lifestyle has on your mental state, not just the aesthetic changes it may bring. The team at Going Beyond the Pink is excited to announce the addition of Kate Myers, a Public Health Intern from UNCW. Kate is majoring in Public Health with a concentration on Community Health Education. Originally from Lake Norman, NC, Kate moved to Ocean Isle beach in 2013 before moving to Wilmington two years later to attend UNCW. She enjoys being by the water and spending time with family and her dog, Hendrix. After graduation in May, she plans to stay local to Wilmington while earning her Masters degree and pursuing a career in the health field. She is passionate about serving her community and raising awareness about this organization. Please join us in welcoming Kate to the team!

Going Beyond the Pink is excited to welcome Cindy Anzalotti as their new Executive Director. Anzalotti brings to the organization more than twenty-five years of fiscal management, fundraising and donor cultivation experience, with 15+ years at the executive level. She is a passionate, performance-driven nonprofit professional whose success has been derived from the ability to collaborate with multiple organizations to ensure the best possible results.
