Mindset & Mental Health
Mental health is just as important as physical health. It's important to check in with yourself, see how you're doing, and if you might need any help. Try to let your friends and loved ones know what you're thinking, and if you think you might need that extra help, speaking with a therapist may help you process your emotions and feelings.
Mental health concerns might include anxiety, depression, distress, high levels of fear, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Knowing your medical history will help your health care team understand you better, and if you experience any of the aforementioned, speaking with your healthcare team is encouraged.
