The WILMA Dash is coming! The WILMA Dash is coming! This is one of our favorite events each year. As Wilmington, NC’s ONLY all-women’s 5K race, organized by WILMA Magazine and presented by New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Fleet Feet, and Vein Clinics of America, the WILMA Dash brings together over 1,000 women every year.
